This questionnaire is intended to provide feedback on potential market acceptance of the FIVER solution, which is based on a 5-play service offer (HDTV + Internet + Cell phone + Wireless + alarm surveillance). The information collected on the user's level of interest in adhering to the 5-play solution, taking into account the envisaged benefits (HDTV, in-home wireless, increase in bandwidth) will be used in drawing up the business plan for the overall integrated and converged-service FIVER network architecture. The questionnaire begins with some personal information questions that will be useful in processing the other results. It then continues with questions on current consumer habits, country mobile telecommunication status, outdoor infrastructure supporting service offer and the status of in-home technology. Finally, it evaluates the current degree of 3-play penetration as well as possible levels of response to the 5-play solution that may become from the FIVER offer
